What a gem of a hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money this place offers. Despite not being labeled as a 3-star, the hotel's attention to detail and service far exceeded expectations. The rooms, especially the ones on the top floor, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
All was perfect - an amazing getaway experience!

This hotel in Lotchenthal exceeded all my expectations. The value for money was incredible, with prices that were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the beautifully renovated historic building to the small touches in the rooms. Speaking of the rooms, I was lucky enough to stay on the very top floor, with amazing views and windows on two sides of the valley. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and set me up for a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
There wasn't a single thing I could fault about this hotel. Everything was simply perfect.

During our recent xmas stay, we enjoyed the warm and cozy accommodation provided. the restaurant offered a great selection of delicious meals, including an amazing evening special. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The lack of attention to detail in some areas, such as the removal of shutters from the outside of our windows, leaving only net curtains to block out light. We also found the rooms to be overpriced for the outdated furniture and lack of amenities.
